The Andrew Weil Integrative Wellness Program at Miraval offered a unique opportunity to approach participants in the program with Weil’s groundbreaking approach supported by the wide range of medical based programs in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, a wide range of healing modalities, and personal development offerings that allowed guests to push their boundaries and meet their wellness goals.

Our role has included:

• Developed programming to support the Andrew Weil Integrative Wellness Center and drive revenue through referrals ​

• Developed Integrative Wellness Packages to drive room nights and ancillary spending​​

• Curated workshop and lecture series to drive bookings to all providers​

• Strategically formatted offerings to maximize availability and revenue per hour​

• Lead strategic shift in approach to increase revenue from <$1 Million to +$4.8 Million annually​
