Intermountain Medical Center

Over a one year period we were honored to provide in-depth consulting to transform an under-performing hospital program into a thriving, interactive patient-centered Executive Health initiative. Not only was the program geared to increase patient health, we were also pleased to support building a culture of wellness throughout the facility.

Our Role Included:

• Hired by Intermountain Healthcare to audit the LiVe Well Center within the Park City Medical Center Community Hospital

• Hired to offer short and long term recommendations for improving revenue, overall guest experience and how to re position proactive, preventative care within a hospital environment for the overall LiVe Well brand expansion

• Our mandate is to create a base line Executive Health Program for Park City, St George and Salt Lake City LiVe Well Centers and to build and broaden into individual health and wellness services that are unique to each location and support the larger brand proposition

• The goal is to prepare the brand to launch more facilities nationwide and be a leader in preventative health within the wellness market

• Hired to give guidance in layout and functionality on a new 6k center in Park City
